Thousands of students, from the 7th – 12th grade, joined the anti addiction army of Bobby, as his beloved ‘soldiers’, through 16 mind bending and eye opening interactive sessions, which were campaigns no.434-449 globally.
The months of November and December 2024, saw a life altering and explosive event at South Point High School, Kolkata, through actor/activist/teacher of method acting, Bobby Chakraborty’s global, free of cost, preventive awareness program for the youth, against all sorts of addiction and harmful social trends, titled ‘I AM THE KING OF MY MIND’.
Thousands of students, from the 7th – 12th grade, joined the anti addiction army of Bobby, as his beloved ‘soldiers’, through 16 mind bending and eye opening interactive sessions, which were campaigns no.434-449 globally. We have all seen the tremendous euphoria from the Pointers and their parents on various social networking sites, after the sessions, through several posts and videos, which were really heartwarming to say the least.
It’s such a hopeful sight to see these 79 deserving soldiers in the inset, who received the all important ‘Community Service Certificate’ from Bobby. We are sure they will bring about a positive change in the society along with their commander Bobby, as they grow up.
Each and every session received a tremendous feedback from the target audience, the youth, the pillars of our society, who were empowered by their favourite ‘Bobbydada’ , to lead a life against…smoking, alcoholism, smart phone addiction, abusive language, online gambling through games, online obscenity to grab eyeballs, gender insensitivity etc…and fight with him against the dark forces of the society.
We wholeheartedly appreciate the years of selfless efforts of the changemaker Bobby himself, along with the socially responsible School Management, the Principal Rupa Sanyal Bhattacharjee and the coordinator Brita Sarkar, who collaborated with him, for the benefit of their students.
