3rd International Bengali Conference organised by Bangla worldwide opened in Kolkata on 8th March 2024. The 3days conference held on 8th-10th March 2024 .
The 3rd International Bengali Conference was opened by Chief Justice of Bangladesh Justice Obaidul Hassan in presence of Justice Md Habibul Gani & Justice Md Ruhul Quddus of Supreme Court of Bangladesh, Justice Aniruddha Bose of Supreme Court of India, Justice (Retired) Ashok Ganguly of Supreme Court of India, Mukti Yodha Nasir Uddin Yousuff, Professor Pabitra Sarkar (iconic specialist of Bengali language), large no.of Bengali professionals and achievers in different profession from across India, Bangladesh,and from around the world , former Chief Justice of High Court of Calcutta and Bombay Justice Chittatosh Mookerjee Chairman, Bangla Worldwide , Professor Snehashish Sur President of Press Club of Kolkata , Janab Andalib Elias Deputy High Commissioner of Bangladesh, large no. of diplomats from Bangladesh ,noted film actors, Directors,, musicians as well as Soumyabrata Das Convenor, Bangla Worldwide.
Padma Shri Rezwana Choudhury Bannya, famed singer of Bangladesh presented wide range of Bengali songs during Inaugural day program.
The Conference deliberated on wide range of subjects – education , health , law , industry , Art & Culture , socio-economic issues. Also, the Conference deliberated on promoting and strengthening coordination amongst Bengali speaking community in different institutions and nations around the planet Earth.
