Kripanath Mallah is a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) politician from Assam. He was elected to the Lok Sabha from Karimganj to represent BJP in the 2019 general elections. He will contest again from the same constituency for the 18th general elections. Today he has filed his nomination in the presence of support from Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma in Karimganj.
Currently, he is a Member of the Standing Committee on Chemicals & Fertilisers and a Member of the Consultative Committee, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilisers. Before this, he was elected in the Assam Legislative Assembly election in 2011 and from Ratabari constituency. He was involved in the Barak Valley Cha Sramik Union to protect their demands etc. He dedicated himself to growing agricultural products in his area and inspired growers to grow more and more agri-products for their financial upgradation as well as for the greater interest in my area.
