BOBBY CHAKRABORTY GETS INVITED TO HIS OWN SCHOOL, AS THE CHIEF GUEST OF THE ANNUAL CONCERT

It’s should be a dream come true for anyone, if he or she is invited to his or her own school, as the Chief Guest. It should be a matter of great honour if this transpires in anyone’s life. This was exactly what happened to reputed actor/activist/teacher of method acting, Bobby Chakraborty, who was specially invited to his own school, St. Paul’s Boarding and Day School, as the Chief Guest of The Annual Concert. Bobby, who is a popular face among the school children all around, through his anti addiction awareness program, considered this as a remarkable incident in his life.

He said “Life came to a full circle when the school that has brought me up and made me whatever I am today, considered me worthy enough to adorn the all important designation of ‘The Chief Guest’ of the all important program in its calendar, ‘The Annual Concert’ . I consider an all important point to be ticked off my bucket list, when I entered my own school auditorium again and stood on that same stage, which has been the witness to numerous of my performances as a student in the past, but this time as The Chief Guest! It’s a rare honour in anyone’s life, which reassures one’s decision to walk his chosen path in life. It reaffirms the fact that he must be doing something right in his life to earn this accolade. I thank Sister Pranita, The Principal and all the respected teachers, some of whom who have taught me too, for all the love, warmth and hospitality. I couldn’t help but feel as a student once more! Those years of growing up in one of the best schools in every way, St. Paul’s Boarding and Day School, my school, will never be forgotten. A ‘Paulite’ till my last breath! Thank you Lord Almighty for everything. “
