South Korea promises retaliation for military collaboration between North Korea and Russia

According to Kim Tae-hyo, deputy national security adviser, South Korea will progressively retaliate in accordance with the degree of military cooperation between North Korea and Russia, at a briefing on Tuesday.
The remarks were made as the South Korean presidential office called on Pyongyang to promptly remove North Korean troops that Seoul claims were sent to Russia to fight in Ukraine.

Following a meeting on the deployment of North Korean forces earlier Tuesday that was convened by National Security Advisor Shin Won-sik, Kim made the remarks at a televised briefing.Kim pledged to work with friends to ensure countermeasures against North Korea-Russia military cooperation and accused Pyongyang of operating like a “criminal organization” by sending young North Koreans to fight in Russia.

 According to media source which cited the presidential office, there was still a chance that South Korea will provide Ukraine with offensive weaponry.
