Rajpal Yadav’s interview goes viral

A journalist questioned Rajpal Yadav about his recent apology in the wake of Diwali, which clearly irritated him. When asked about his explanation, the actor grabbed the journalist’s camera and apologized to the followers for discouraging them from setting off firecrackers on Diwali.
A reporter from a well-known Hindi newspaper posted a video from Uttar Pradesh. In the video, Rajpal is seen responding to queries from another journalist while the journalist records his responses on camera. In response to a question about his current film schedule, Rajpal states that viewers would now be able to see him every 1.5 months.
The reporter then starts to inquire about Rajpal’s most recent remarks regarding Diwali. This question seemed to irritate Rajpal, who quickly takes the phone away. Rajpal attempted to toss the phone, according to the journalist who posted the video, but it was still captured and is currently trending on social media.
Rajpal had begged his admirers earlier this week not to light firecrackers this Diwali since it greatly increases noise and air pollution. But after receiving criticism, he removed that appeal and posted a fresh video to his social media accounts.
In the video, Rajpal said in Hindi, “Hello friends. Best wishes for Diwali! Two days ago, a video was shared on my social media handles, which I got removed at once. I profusely apologise for whoever was offended by the video from around the world. I wish you celebrate Diwali with fanfare, be healthy and busy. Jai Hind! Jai Bharat!” He also added in the caption that his intention was not to dim the celebrations that come with Diwali.
The last time we saw Rajpal, he played Chota Pandit again in Anees Bazmee’s horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. His first performance was in the 2007 film Bhool Bhulaiyaa, which was directed by Priyadarshan, a regular collaborator. He played the same part again in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (2022), which was directed by Anees Bazmee, with whom the actor had previously collaborated on Welcome Back (2015). His next film will be Baby John, an action thriller directed by Kalees and starring Varun Dhawan.
