Is Shah Rukh Khan the next target ?

Following a threatening call on a police hotline indicating plans to kill Bollywood celebrity Shah Rukh Khan, the Bandra Police in Mumbai have filed a complaint against an unidentified individual.
Together with the Cyber Police Station, the police have started an investigation.Sections 308(4) and 351(3)(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita have been used to register the complaint. In recent months, Salman Khan, another actor, has received a number of threats similar to the one made against Shah Rukh Khan. In order to protect the performers and track down the caller, authorities are working.
“Bandra police station received a call threatening Shah Rukh Khan and asking for ₹50 lakh. An offence has been registered. No arrest has been made yet,” a senior police official told the media.
According to reports, the call was traced back to Raipur, Chhattisgarh, by the Mumbai Police team. The probe is still ongoing, and teams have now departed for Chhattisgarh.
Salman Khan was the target of a threat message sent to the Mumbai Police earlier on November 5 by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The actor was given two choices in the threat message: either apologize or pay ₹5 crore to remain alive.Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi sent a threat message over WhatsApp to the Mumbai Police traffic control center, stating that Salman Khan must live if he wishes to survive.
“He should go to our temple and apologize or give ₹5 crore. If he does not do so, we will kill him, our gang is still active,” the message claiming to be in the name of Lawrence Bishnoi‘s brother said.
In the past week, Salman Khan has received two threats of death. In the previous death threat, which Mumbai Police Traffic Control also received, the actor was requested to pay ₹2 crore in ransom. A man from Jamshedpur was detained by the Mumbai Police earlier on October 24 for threatening Salman Khan on behalf of mobster Lawrence Bishnoi and demanding a ₹5 crore ransom.
The Mumbai Police claim that after receiving a threatening communication, they opened an investigation and filed a case against an unidentified individual.
