Meghan Markle and Billie Eilish Surprise Teen Who Lost Everything in L.A. Fire

Meghan Markle and Billie Eilish teamed together to provide joy to a teenage girl who lost everything in the recent Los Angeles wildfires. The Duchess of Sussex posted the touching story on social media, detailing how she helped replace a unique concert T-shirt that meant everything to the kid.

In an Instagram video uploaded on February 4, Meghan, 43, said she and Prince Harry had visited Altadena, California, where flames had destroyed entire communities. During their tour, they met a mother and her 15-year-old daughter who had come home to discover their house in flames.

The mother revealed that her daughter had badly wanted to retrieve a Billie Eilish concert T-shirt that she had left in the washing machine before leaving. Unfortunately, with the home burned, the clothing was gone forever.

Determined to assist, Meghan went out to her network, sending a voice message in the hopes of connecting with Billie Eilish. She didn’t know the artist directly, so she asked the aid of Adam Levine of Maroon 5 and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, to create the connection.

Days later, Meghan received a parcel containing signed Billie Eilish goods for the teenager. In her video, she happily showed off the gifts, including a customized lunchbox, before thanking the singer.
