No Family, No English: Indian Woman Disappears

After Arriving In US. Investigators looking into her case stated an initial inquiry showed she came to the US for a planned marriage. Authorities have stated that a 24-year-old Indian woman who came to the United States for what was said to be an arranged marriage has disappeared.
Simran was last spotted soon after her arrival in New Jersey from India on June 20. Video footage examined by Lindenwold police revealed her looking at her phone and appearing to await someone. Officers indicated that she seemed not to be in distress in the video.
Police confirmed that Ms. Simran was reported missing on Wednesday, five days following her arrival. Authorities looking into her disappearance mentioned that an initial investigation showed she went to the US for a fixed marriage.
Authorities are investigating whether the marriage served as a pretext to gain complimentary flights to America, and police reported that Ms. Simran has no known family in the United States and does not speak English.
Her only phone is a global device that operates exclusively via Wi-Fi. Officials have not yet managed to contact any relatives in India. Ms. Simran is noted to be five feet, four inches tall and weighs around 150 pounds (68 kg), featuring a small scar on the left side of her forehead. She was last spotted in gray sweatpants, a white T-shirt, black flip-flops, and little diamond-studded earrings.
