Delhi court issues notice to Robert Vadra in money laundering case

Businessman Robert Vadra, spouse of Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi, received a court notice concerning a money laundering case filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The Rouse Avenue Court on Friday issued notices to Vadra along with other individuals and firms identified as accused in the ED case.

The Enforcement Directorate has recently submitted a charge sheet in the case involving three individuals and eight companies.

The hearing on August 28 will investigate their functions at the pre-cognisance stage. It is a legal measure taken before initiating formal accusations for court proceedings.
