Ranveer Singh-starrer Dhurandhar: The Revenge is seeking international recognition for its music, with the film’s soundtrack and songs submitted for consideration across nine categories at the 2027 Grammy Awards. The development marks an international push for the music of the action thriller, directed by Aditya Dhar and featuring a soundtrack composed by Shashwat Sachdev.
The film’s production team has submitted multiple tracks for consideration in different musical categories. Sachdev’s work is being considered in the Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media category, highlighting the music’s role in the film’s overall presentation.
Among the entries, Kanhaiyya has been submitted for consideration in the Best Global Music Performance category, while Aari Aari is being considered for Best Asian Pop Music Performance. The song Phir Se has been entered for consideration in the Best Song Written for Visual Media category.
Other tracks from the film are also part of the campaign. Jaan Se Guzarte Hai has been submitted for Best Global Music Performance, while Jaiye Sajana is being considered in the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance category. Meanwhile, Vaari Jaavan has been entered for Best Dance/Electronic Recording, and Hum Pyaar Karne Wale is being considered for Best Remixed Recording.
The track Destiny – Mann Atkeya has also been submitted for consideration in the Best Rap Performance category, completing the film’s campaign across nine categories. The film was produced by Jio Studios and B62 Studios, with T-Series associated with its music. B62 Studios announced the Grammy consideration campaign through a social media post, drawing attention to the team’s attempt to secure recognition beyond the Indian film industry.
The submissions reflect the growing international ambitions of Indian film music, which increasingly blends regional influences with contemporary production styles. However, entry into the Grammy consideration process does not guarantee a nomination. The submissions must pass through the Recording Academy’s voting process before the official nominees are announced.
