Parveen Kaswan, a member of the Indian Forest Service, explained on October 11 how his family in the hamlet manages milk to prevent spoilage.
A traditional “chulha” was shown in a post by Kaswan, who also said that each morning a large pot of milk, which typically carries 20 to 25 kilograms, is cooked on a low flame for the duration of the day.
Pasteurization is the process of slowly heating milk. Pasteurization extends the shelf life of milk by eliminating all germs.
In another post, Kaswan published a picture of a sizable milk container that was hidden by what appeared to be a little bamboo cage. According to Kaswan, the house technology is straightforward while sharing this image. Milk should be fine even if there is no electricity at night. Therefore, inside this cage, milk is maintained in the open. The use of this technology is likewise declining. This approach is still used by her mother.
