“Empathy” is key to connect with customers is critical for successful Marketing in new “AI” driven Business Era

Importance of “Empathy” was stressed and highlighted in data based AI driven evolving Business era by Martin Lindstrom in his address in CII Brand Conclave.
Mr. Lindstrom stressed on importance of Human 2 Human ( H2H ) connect while interpreting data for B2B and/or B2C operations .
Mr. Lindstrom mentioned in future , Branding will become more ” Contextual” and AI will transform communication ” Contextual” .
Key to future of branding is AI driven consumer insights, said Martin Lindstrom, pioneer in the fields of consumer psychology, marketing and neuro marketing research, at CII Brand Conclave in Kolkata, on 23rd November 2024. Mr Lindstrom predicts AI as a game changer for the brand success, where products can be redesigned to make the customers happy. AI interface is customising the products with information from the recipients to make the product relevant. He further said AI in the coming days will stimulate the subconscious mind to use a brand. His sessions delve into cutting-edge techniques that are poised to revolutionize the industry. He also emphasized the importance of human-to-human interaction as a cornerstone of modern branding, highlighting the need for corporates to embrace this skill in the new era of marketing.

Mr Sandeep Kumar, Chairman, CII West Bengal State Council and Managing Director, Tata Steel Downstream Products Limited, emphasized the critical role of emotional connectivity with consumer in shaping and strengthening brand perceptions in today’s business landscape outlining the fact that 70 per cent of consumers consider brand trust a key factor in their purchasing decisions,
