After the Super Heavy booster was successfully recovered during the fifth test flight of the Starship rocket, Elon Musk declared that the Super Heavy rocket that safely returned after launch could be restarted in an hour. This is a major accomplishment for SpaceX. On Sunday, barely seven minutes after taking off from Boca Chica, Texas, the Super Heavy booster was captured by the mechanical arms of the launch pad, which are lovingly called “chopsticks.”

It looks fantastic! Although there were a few small problems and some warped exterior engine nozzles from heating, he pointed out that these could be readily fixed. For SpaceX to achieve rapid re-flight capabilities, the booster must return quickly, ideally within an hour of liftoff.
The procedure is placing a Starship on top of the booster and reloading propellant.
