“How to Use your Smartphone Smartly”  at MCCI Conference Hall.

       

Merchants’ Chamber of Commerce & Industry organized a Workshop on “How to Use your Smartphone Smartly” on 14 July 2023 at MCCI Conference Hall.

Shri Pawan Lohia, Shri Sanjib Sanghi, Co-Chairman, Council on IT & Communication, Shri Sanjib Kothari, Trustee & Chairman, Council on MSMEs and Shri Rajendra Khandelwal, Chairman on Healthcare, MCCI released monthly Newsletter of Council on IT & Communication titled “Digital Success”.

Shri Pawan Lohia, CA, MBA, LB Financial Services in his address said that mobile phone is one of the strongest consumer tools at the current time and people should know how to use their smartphones smartly.

While talking about the Business WhatsApp application, Shri Lohia mentioned that the application provides customers with some added features to the business. WhatsApp Business helps MSMEs to do business online in easy and profitable ways. He also added that WhatsApp has now introduced lock Chat features for the customers to hide or save confidential chat for business.

Shri Lohia also suggested how to use Google Lens and Google Audio. He also mentioned about Google Reverse Image search.

Shri Sanjib Sanghi, Co-Chairman, Council on IT & Communication, MCCI in his Welcome Address said that one of the biggest technological advancements is smartphone technologies, which have brought a massive impact on the lives of people, globally. He also informed that the IT & Communication Council of MCCI is coming up with a number of Sessions and Workshops on relevant topics. We will have workshops on Cyber Security and Microsoft Excel, in the coming months, he said.

The session was concluded with a hearty vote of thanks proposed by Shri Yashovardhan Gupta, Chairman, Council on IT & Communication, MCCI.
