Royal Canadian Navy Divers Capture A Memorable Graduation Photo Underwater

The Royal Canadian Navy’s most recent cohort of clearance divers has completed their year-long training. They were looking for a special way to commemorate the event as they completed the course. And what more fitting way to remember the event than with a photo of the divers in the water? This undersea image can be seen in a photo posted by the Fleet Diving Unit Atlantic Facebook page. As they arranged themselves into two rows, the professors and pupils dove into the water. The Canadian Royal Navy flag is shown in the backdrop, and a vintage diving bell at the front adds some flair.

The Fleet Diving Unit Atlantic said in the post, “The 9x Clearance Divers and 1x Clearance Diving Officer of serial number 0017 deserve a hearty Bravo Zulu for completing their training and being assigned to their respective units. One of the Canadian Armed Forces’ most physically and emotionally taxing courses is the year-long Clearance Diver course (CAF). Thank you for your support, Zulu, and congrats to the 9 deminer divers and the diver officer of course 0017 who completed their training and were placed in the appropriate units. The scuba diver training, which lasts a year, is one of FAC’s most psychologically and physically taxing courses.”

This picture has gotten a lot of likes and comments since it was posted. Their abilities impressed a lot of people.News Mania Desk
