Shri Amar Prakash Dwivedi General Manager /Eastern Railway Inaugurated ‘Har Ghar Dhyan’ Programme
Kolkata, May 29, 2023 : As a part of 2nd phase of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, a Meditation Workshop titled “Har Ghar Dhyan” is being organized at Eastern Railway Headquarters, Fairlie Place from 29 May 2023 to 1st June 2023 under the auspices of “Art Of Living”. Shri Amar Prakash Dwivedi, General Manager/Eastern Railway inaugurated the Meditation Workshop at Eastern Railway Headquarters on 29.5.2023.
The ‘Har Ghar Dhyan’ session organized at Eastern Railway Headquarters focused on orientation of the participants to mental and emotional health, introduced a simple and easy-to-adopt practice of meditation and provided useful content for a continuous journey of self-improvement through physical & mental fitness.
Shri Amar Prakash Dwivedi, General Manager, Shri S. R. Ghoshal, Additional General Manager, all Principal Officers of Eastern Railway Headquarters and staff of all levels participated in this meditation workshop at Eastern Railway Headquarters for self-improvement through meditation which not only helps to mitigate the day to day stress in working life but also helps to serve people of India even better.
