Akshay Kumar’s comedy entertainer Welcome to the Jungle has registered a promising start at the Indian box office, collecting an estimated ₹19 crore net on its opening day, including earnings from paid previews. According to early trade estimates, the film earned approximately ₹3.75 crore from Thursday paid previews before adding around ₹15.25 crore on its first full day of release.
