Kolkata : Kolkata Police have registered a case against senior Trinamool Congress (TMC) leaders Kunal Ghosh, Dola Sen, and advocate Baiswanar Chatterjee under Section 285 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) in connection with an alleged obstruction of vehicular traffic in central Kolkata.
According to police sources, the case was lodged by Hare Street Police Station over a gathering held on Bentinck Street on June 28 between 2:50 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Authorities alleged that the assembly disrupted traffic movement and caused inconvenience to commuters in the busy commercial area.
