Sourav Ganguly Inaugurates iTech’s New Apple Premium Partner Store at Acropolis Mall

Kolkata, August 14, 2026: Former Indian cricketer Sourav Ganguly inaugurated iTech’s new Apple Premium Partner (APP) store at Acropolis Mall in Kolkata, marking a significant expansion of premium Apple retail in Eastern India.

The inauguration was attended by Udit Dokania, Founder & CEO of iTech, along with other distinguished personalities. The new store, designed in accordance with Apple’s global Premium Partner standards, offers customers an immersive experience of the Apple ecosystem under one roof.

Spread across 2,100 square feet on the ground floor of Acropolis Mall, the store features hands-on product experience zones, contemporary interiors and dedicated consultation areas. Customers can explore the latest iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and AirPods, along with accessories, financing options and other Apple-related services, with assistance from Apple-trained specialists.

The opening attracted hundreds of customers and Apple enthusiasts, reflecting the strong demand for premium technology products in Kolkata.

Speaking at the inauguration, Sourav Ganguly said he had been an Apple user for years and appreciated the simplicity and seamless experience of the company’s products. He welcomed the arrival of a new Apple Premium Partner store in Kolkata, saying it would allow customers to experience the complete Apple ecosystem in one destination. He also congratulated iTech on the new venture.

Dokania also announced an ambitious expansion plan, stating that four more stores are planned across Eastern India by September 2026. The company is targeting 50 stores by next year, which will coincide with iTech’s 10th anniversary.
