South City International School Established the Bickram Ghosh Academy of Performing Arts for Classical Music Enthusiasts
It’s time for the students to take a break from their frequently mundane lives and rekindle the joy, excitement, and exuberance in their lives. South City International School made a significant announcement to mark the 4th edition of their school festival, Morpheus’22 on their 13-year journey through the launch of the ‘Bickram Ghosh Academy for Performing Arts at the school. The three-day inter-school cultural fest featured a variety of captivating activities for their future leaders, which was scheduled from 24th to 26th August 2022.
The fest was followed by a series of exciting on-stage events comprising of ‘General Quiz Competition’ followed by two rounds – (Preliminary Round and Final Round), ‘Themed Fashion Show’, ‘Dance Competition’, ‘Debate’, ‘Treasure Hunt’, ‘Antakshari’, ‘Cooking Competition’ and many more.
To make the event more grandeur, there was a significant announcement for all the classical music enthusiasts. World’s renowned music maestro, Bickram Ghosh unveiled his new academy, ‘Bickram Ghosh Academy of Performing Arts on 26th August (Friday) at 3 pm in South City International School. The young leaders get a golden opportunity to learn music after school hours. Ms. Rita Chatterjee, Director, North point Senior Secondary Boarding School graced the event.
