West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari has directed the Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) to conduct a comprehensive audit of all under-construction commercial buildings within its jurisdiction.

📋 The civic body has been instructed to complete the exercise and submit a detailed report by July 31.

The audit is expected to examine compliance with sanctioned building plans, construction permissions, safety regulations, and other statutory requirements. Officials will reportedly review whether ongoing projects adhere to approved norms and municipal guidelines.
