Despite being granted bail once more, he was forced to remain in detention for an additional night since he could not speak English and there was no interpreter on hand. In a Sarnia courtroom,

Singh ultimately entered a plea of guilty to the lesser included crime of criminal harassment but not guilty to sexual interference. After after, Justice Krista Lynn Leszczynski gave her ruling, declaring that Singh’s actions in the smoking area would not be accepted.

In addition to this, she further noted that Singh has no business on the school property. Singh is scheduled to return on December 30. But according to the Toronto Sun, he may have previously thought of fleeing the nation because of legal issues. Additionally, he is prohibited from returning to the nation.
