India to Host 46th World Heritage Committee Meeting, Showcasing Cultural and Natural Riches

The 46th World Heritage Committee Meeting, set to commence in New Delhi this Sunday, marks a landmark event for India as it presents its rich cultural and natural heritage on an international stage. Union Minister of Culture and Tourism, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, highlighted the importance of this gathering, noting that it will elevate India’s cultural prestige globally. This event, taking place from July 21 to July 31, is hosted by India for the first time and will be officially opened by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Minister Shekhawat emphasized that this is the first major international event organized by India during Prime Minister Modi’s third term.
