National Integration Tour Flagged Off to Promote Unity Among Manipur’s Youth

In a significant step towards fostering communal harmony, Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh flagged off a National Integration Tour for 24 young participants representing the Meitei, Kuki, Naga, and Meitei Pangal communities.
The initiative aims to strengthen bonds among diverse communities and promote mutual understanding through exposure visits and cultural exchanges across different parts of the country. Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister emphasised the importance of youth engagement in building lasting peace and unity in Manipur.
The tour is designed to encourage dialogue, shared experiences, and a sense of national belonging among participants. Officials noted that such initiatives play a vital role in rebuilding trust and nurturing social cohesion in the state.
