Two weeks after Raju Srivastava’s passing, the comedy community lost another notable figure. The business lost another comedy star while his admirers were still mourning his passing. Former contestant in The Great Indian Laughter Challenge, comedian Parag Kansara, has now died away. The comedian and actor passed away on October 5. It was a heart attack for him. Sunil Pal, a fellow comedian, posted the disturbing information on social media.
Parag Kansara, a comedian, dies
Sunil Pal, a fellow comic and close friend of Parag Kansara, shared this tragic news on Instagram. He uploaded a tearjerking video to the social networking site. Sunil announced in the video, “From the world of humor has come yet another astounding discovery. Kansara Ji, our fellow competitor in the Laughter Challenge, is no longer with us. Kansara and I used to laugh a lot together. Parag Bhaiya is no longer living. Raju Bhai and Deepesh Bhan both went away recently. We are losing comedic talent one after another.”
He continued by discussing the recent back-to-back fatalities. “This is what? Has the dark side spied on the comics industry? I don’t understand why those that make everyone laugh, along with their families, are dealing with this. The comedic pillars are distancing themselves from us one by one.”
Sunil also discussed Raju Srivastava’s demeanor in the video. Later, he expressed his sorrow for the passing of other comic greats including Bhavesh, Deepesh Bhan, Ashok Sundrani, and Anant Shrimani.
While working at the gym, Raju Srivastava suffered a heart attack. He had already spent over a month in AIIMS. The 21st of September saw his death. Raju Srivastava’s cremation in Delhi was also attended by Sunil Pal, Ahsaan Qureshi, and other people.
