Ghanshyam R/o # 750/B, EWS Colony, Dhanas, Chandigarh (age 19 years), and 4–5 other people allegedly forced their way into the complainant’s home on October 24, 2022, and beat the complainant, according to Raj Kumar R/o # 737, Small Flats, Dhanas, Chandigarh (age-40 years). In PS-Sarangpur, Chandigarh, a case FIR No. 70 U/S 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 452 IPC and added 25-54-59 Arms Act has been filed.
Later, the suspect was taken into custody. A case investigation is now being conducted.
