A journalist’s body was hurled 100 meters upon contact in a BMW hit-and-run in Chennai

On Tuesday night in Chennai, a video journalist was killed when a speeding automobile struck the motorcycle he was riding. The victim, named as Pradeep Kumar from Pondy Bazaar, was a part-time Rapido driver in the city and a cameraman for a well-known Telugu news program.
On the Maduravoyal-Tambaram elevated bypass, Kumar was struck by a speeding BMW automobile and died as a result. Following the collision, the driver of the car left the vehicle. Commuters saw the abandoned car and called the police to report the collision. When the police arrived, they discovered the wrecked two-wheeler.
It wasn’t until his body was discovered 100 meters from the crash site that Kumar’s death was confirmed.
His body was discovered on the lower level, approximately 100 meters from the scene of the collision, only after the police attempted to determine the order of events. The police claim that Kumar died instantly after the crash ejected him from his car from the elevated highway.Additional investigations are being conducted, and the police are searching for the driver of the missing expensive car.
