A MUSICAL EVENING TO SATISFY THE SOUL Organised By Asha Audio Company And P. C. Chandra Garden
Asha Audio Company and P.C. Chandra Garden jointly organized a musical evening, ‘E Sudhu Gaaner Din’ with a pure intention to celebrate songs from different eras on 8th June 2022. The musical celebration was graced with the performance of renowned singers Jayati Chakraborty, Raghab Chattopadhyay, Piu Mukherjee, and Aritra Dasgupta and promising singers of the new generation Anandi Chatterjee and Aheri Chatterjee.
Rabindra Sangeet in Jayati Chakraborty’s voice has given a different level. Rai Jago, Aamar Kontho Hote, Kobir Songe, Aar Koto Dure, Onek Holo Deri etc are the work of her. Raghab Chattapadhyay’s Chand Keno Ashe Na touched the milestone. Ebar Nazrul and Shyamer Bansori Baanje are his significant release from Asha Audio. Piu Mukherjee is a classical singer. She is popular for her playback in the web series ‘Tansener Tanpura’. Her popular songs are Ekushey Paa, Chhaya Pore Jole, Hori Ayi, etc. Arita Dsgupta was a SaReGaMaPa contestant. He has presented Hasche Bhoree Aakash, Bolo Tumi, etc songs with Asha Audio Company. Anandi and Aheri debuted together in their first release from Asha Audio, Parampara. After that, they worked again in Bristi Bheja Bikel.
Asha Audio Company laid its foundation in May 1995 with the blessings of the legendary singer Asha Bhosle. In this journey of over 17 years, the company has been able to build up a catalog of 450 titles. In 2019, the founder of Asha Audio Company, Ms. Mahua Lahiri demised.
