Bharti Airtel has introduced a new prepaid recharge package priced at Rs 398, aimed at those who want both high-speed connection and premium entertainment. The package, which is now available on the Airtel Thanks app, website, and retail shops, offers a slew of advantages. Airtel’s competitor, Reliance Jio, has also unveiled a new prepaid recharge package for customers. Here are the specifics.
The most recent 2024 Airtel prepaid recharge package includes a 28-day membership to Hotstar Mobile, granting access to live sports, movies, and popular online series. It should be noted that Hotstar’s Mobile plan will only function on one device, which will be your smartphone, as the firm only allows screen time on one unit. Additionally, this is an ad-supported Hotstar plan.
This Hotstar Mobile membership costs Rs 149 for three months and Rs 499 per year. So Airtel is including this basic pack with their new prepaid plan. Along with this, the new Airtel prepaid recharge plan includes unlimited local, STD, and roaming calls, 2GB of 5G internet per day, and 100 SMS per day. It has a validity of 28 days.
Meanwhile, Reliance Jio, Airtel’s archrival, has introduced its New Year Welcome Plan, which starts at Rs 2025. The plan has a 200-day validity and includes perks such as unlimited calling, 500GB of high-speed 4G data with a daily FUP restriction of 2.5GB, and unlimited 5G internet access.
It also includes unlimited SMS and free access to JioSuite applications such as JioTV and JioCinema. This promotion is valid from December 11, 2024 to January 11, 2025, via the MyJio app and Jio website.
