According to publicly accessible data from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and corporate database ZaubaCorp, Jawad Ahmad Siddiqui, the director of Al Falah University, is listed as a director or partner in 15 firms.
Nine of these businesses are currently in operation, working in a variety of fields such as software development, education services, agribusiness, medical research, and engineering research. Stock trading, import-export, energy-related projects, hospital operations, software publication, and radio and television communication services were among the activities of the remaining, now-defunct businesses.
The registered office address of seven of the businesses is Al Falah House, 274A, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi. Another company, Tarbia Foundation, is registered at 274B, Murtaza Apartments, Jamia Nagar, which is close by. It describes its operations as “educational activities.” Sufyan Ahmad Siddiqui, Saood Siddiqui, Shima Siddiqui, Fardeen Beg, Mohammad Jamil Khan, and Jawad Ahmad Siddiqui are a regular group of directors in the majority of these businesses. These names frequently show up as directors, both past and present.
Al Falah University is also connected to a number of these people. Fardeen Beg, who is named as a director in five of the firms, claims to be a faculty member at the Al Falah School of Engineering, while Jawad Ahmad Siddiqui is its founder and director.
The Al Falah Charitable Trust and associated businesses have been involved in both previous and present legal processes, according to court records.
The District Judge of Saket Court is currently hearing a commercial lawsuit that SRM Educational and Financial Services Ltd. filed against Al Falah Charitable Trust in 2022. Allegations of contract violation and filing of fraudulent documents are at issue in this case. SRM has asserted that there was no hospital structure in place at the time of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) and that the lack of land-use permits for a hospital and medical facility could make its operations unlawful.
The court ordered Al Falah Charitable Trust to provide audited balance statements for 2013–16 as well as documentation pertaining to land purchase and land use during the most recent hearing, which took place on November 3, 2025, according to Delhi e-court records. December 5, 2025 is the date of the upcoming hearing.
Al Falah Investment Ltd. and five of its directors—Jawad Ahmad Siddiqui (Chairman-Director), Shamima Siddiqui, Saood Ahmad Siddiqui, Mohammad Tariq, and Sufyan Siddiqui—were identified in a previous criminal complaint brought before the Saket Court in 2007. However, as the complainants failed to appear, the matter was dismissed in August 2007.
