Monsoon Session Witnesses active participation Heated Debates, Key Bills Passed

New Delhi: The ongoing Monsoon Session of Parliament has witnessed active participation from Members of Parliament across party lines. MPs have raised issues ranging from unemployment, inflation, agriculture, education, and national security to regional development and disaster management. Several members have taken part in debates on key Bills, asked questions during Question Hour, and highlighted concerns affecting their constituencies.
The Opposition continued to demand accountability over the paper leak issue, leading to protests and adjournments in both Houses. Despite disruptions, the government maintained that it is committed to discussing all issues and advancing key legislative business during the session, which is scheduled to continue until 13 August 2026.
