As the city grows and technology reshapes how real estate is planned, marketed, built and managed, the decisions we make today will influence the future of our industry. That is why TECHCON 2026 matters. Our second on 26th August at JW Marriott, Kolkata, brings together the city’s real estate and technology communities to move beyond broad predictions and focus on the ideas, tools and practical applications that can create real impact. Last edition was about starting the conversation. This year, we want to take it a step further. Al is moving incredibly fast, and real estate is going to be one of the industries that gets transformed by it. From how we understand markets and generate leads, to how we design, construct, manage projects and make decisions, the possibilities are huge. We’re therefore bringing together some of the most interesting people and companies working at the intersection of real estate and technology. With Kolkata going through an important phase of urban development, it is great to have the government, real estate industry and technology ecosystem in the same room and have a conversation about what the future of our city and our industry should look like.”

Mr. Suhel Saraf, East India Coordinator, CREDAI Youth Wing & Managing Director, Sugam said, “As we bring together the second consecutive edition of CREDAI Techcon, it is encouraging to see the platform evolve into a catalyst for technology-driven innovation in real estate. Envisioned as a forum for industry collaboration and knowledge exchange, Techcon convenes developers, technology leaders and innovators to explore the future of the built environment. Building on the success of its inaugural edition, this year’s conference will spotlight Al, AloT, PropTech, digitalisation and sustainability. CREDAI has consistently championed initiatives that anticipate industry shifts, address critical gaps and unlock new growth opportunities. At a time when Kolkata is emerging as a hub for PropTech-led innovation, Techcon stands out as a first-of-its-kind initiative on a CREDAI platform, bringing together the real estate and technology ecosystems under one roof to accelerate innovation and shape a smarter, more resilient and digitally empowered future for the industry.”
