The 388th session of actor/activist/teacher Bobby Chakraborty’s award winning, global, free of cost awareness program ‘I AM THE KING OF MY MIND’ took place with a lot of fanfare on 7th December, which was attended by more than 400 soldiers of Class 7-9.

The official photographer was the very hardworking soldier Srijita Chakraborty from Class 9.

The Principal Mrs. Purbita Bagchi, the school Counsellor Bijoyini Roy ma’am and Debimita ma’am were the prominent figures who supported and organized Mr. Chakraborty’s session perfectly.

The hard hitting and highly powerful interactive program had Bobby speaking with his soldiers against addiction of all sorts and harmful social trends, that the youth are falling prey to, through substance abuse or through smart phones. He taught them the ways to lead an addiction free life, narrating fatal incidents from his own family and all around.

The title of the ‘1st soldier’ went to Aishani and ‘The Trendsetter’ went to Aditri.

This was also the prize distribution ceremony of the contest from the online session no. 369,which happened during lockdown,where the winners Tanisha, Barshana and Archita ,along with the winners of AAC 388 Srijita, Tanishka, Mouli and Rituja were given special prizes and community service certificates by Bobby.

The adda ended with the auditorium rocking ,as the soldiers shouted out their mantra of life ‘I am the king of my mind’.

THIS IS A 2 HOUR INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP TOWARDS LEADING A HEALTHY LIFE,AGAINST ADDICTION OF ALL SORTS (smoking,alcohol,gutka,hookah,smart phones,violent video games) AND AGAINST EVERY HARMFUL TREND(abusive language,online gambling through games,disrespecting any individual or losing self respect to gather ‘views’,cyber bullying, trolling etc.),THAT I HAVE CARRIED OUT IN MORE THAN 380 SCHOOLS ,COLLEGES, RED LIGHT AREAS, ORPHANAGES ALL AROUND THE WORLD.
