An actor and teacher of method acting by profession and a social activist by heart, Bobby has been carrying out this mission, consistently for more than a decade, which is changing lives of the youth for the better.

The atmosphere of the school was electrifying as the The Principal, Rupa Sanyal Bhattacharjee, all the respected teachers, The Coordinator Brita Sarkar, and the students from the 11th and 12th grade, were eagerly waiting to welcome Bobby or their beloved ‘Bobby Dada’ in the auditorium.

The official photographer was soldier Zaruf Iqbal(XI) , an extremely well mannered and responsible student, who was assisted by soldier Simanti Aich(XI)

Bebby in his usual flamboyant style, warmth and humour, presented his views on smoking. alcoholism, smart phone addiction and inappropriate behaviour. or obscenity online to garner ‘views’, online gambling through games, abusive language and disrespecting others for fun etc.

A big section of the ‘adda’ session saw Bobby inspiring his soldiers’ to fight against ‘ragging/bullying’, which takes its birth from the school life, where a student becomes insensitive and cruel towards his/her peer to prove dominance.

The symbolic titles of “The 1st Soldier’ and “The Trendsetter’ went to soldier Rajdeep Das(XI) and soldier Prabaha Karmakar(Xii) respectively, who were also the winners of the surprise contest at the end with soldier Tamalika Bhadra(XII) too who, along with soldier Zaruf were given special HCF(Health-Career- Family) tshirts, other prizes and Community Service Certificates by their Bobbydada.

The auditorium echoed the mantra of a soldier ‘I AM THE KING OF MY MIND’, with everyone present hands raised as an oath, shouting out in unison, with Bobby at the end of the adda.

The soldiers wouldn’t let their Bobbydada go, as they had already formed a strong bond at heart with him. They crowded around him for an autograph, a selfie, a hug or a pranam to gain his blessings.
