CM Soren distributes responsibilities to ministries but keeps home to himself.

According to a government announcement, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren assigned portfolios to the new ministers on Friday while maintaining Home (including prison), Cabinet Secretariat, and numerous other ministries for himself.
Radhakrishna Kishore, a Congress MLA, was given finance, while JMM’s Chamra Linda was assigned the department of Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, Backward Classes, and Minorities.
Sanjay Prasad Yadav of the RJD was assigned the Department of Labour, Employment, and Training, while Congressman Irfan Ansari was assigned the Department of Health, Medical Education, and Family Welfare.
The chief minister also kept the departments of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Official Language, Road Construction, Building Construction, and others that have yet to be assigned to anyone. On Thursday, 11 MLAs in Jharkhand’s Hemant Soren government took their oath of office as ministers. Soren was sworn in as the CM on November 28.
