CM visits Silchar , initiates developmental talks

The Chief Minister’s trip to Silchar represented an important day for the area, showcasing several crucial achievements in spirituality, education, healthcare, and infrastructure, illustrating the government’s continuous initiatives to foster development and well-being in Barak Valley.
Rajdeep Goyala’s mother, the spouse of the late Dinesh Prasad Goyala, a five-time MLA of Lakhipur and Labour Minister of Assam, Rupash Goala was in attendance.
The visit commenced with the opening of the Universal Temple dedicated to Sri Ramkrishna Paramhansa Deva at 9:25 AM, a significant event for the local spiritual community. This temple, representing tranquility and dedication, is anticipated to significantly enhance the cultural landscape of Silchar.
At 11:10 AM, the Chief Minister participated in the Golden Jubilee celebration of Desh Bhakta Tarun Ram Phukan Higher Secondary School, a renowned institution that has greatly contributed to the educational advancement of the area. The event celebrated the organization’s enduring legacy of educational achievement and its contributions to the community.
The Chief Minister additionally inaugurated the foundation for a modern Critical Care Block at S.M. Dev Civil Hospital at 12:20 PM. This recent expansion of the hospital will enhance healthcare services in the area, offering improved care and support to the residents of Barak Valley.
Furthermore, the Chief Minister digitally inaugurated the foundation stone for the new Silchar Circuit House, highlighting the government’s dedication to improving the region’s infrastructure.
These occurrences emphasize the Chief Minister’s commitment to progress in multiple sectors, promising a better future for Silchar and the residents of Assam. The visit highlights the administration’s commitment to meet the region’s needs and create positive change.
