Colourful Glimpses of Ashta Lakshmi Mahotsav 2024

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the inaugural Ashtalakshmi Mahotsav 2024 at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan. The three-day festival, organized by the Ministry of Development of North-East Region (DoNER), Government of India, commenced on December 6. The event featured a captivating musical ensemble by Sunita Bhuyan and an exclusive fashion show, with notable appearances by Union Ministers Jyotiraditya Scindia and Sukanta Majumdar as showstoppers. Among the prominent stalls at the exhibition was Oudh Assamica, showcased by the Guwahati-based MJI Group, which presented its exquisite range of agarwood-based perfumes.
