Dharmendra, a veteran actor, turned 89 on Sunday. He spent the auspicious occasion with his sons, Sunny and Bobby Deol. His fans and paparazzi were present as the legendary actor cut a large cake. Dharmendra’s wife-actor Hema Malini and daughter Esha Deol both posted birthday greetings for him.

In an Instagram video, Dharmendra was seen walking with Sunny while others wished him well. Dharmendra then stepped in front of a table, cutting the six-tiered cake adorned with his old photographs. Following that, other individuals posed for photos with them and praised the actor.

Moments after, Dharmendra’s younger son, Bobby Deol, joined them. Dharmendra grabbed Sunny and Bobby close and kissed their hands. Later, while onlookers gathered around them, the duo forced Dharmendra to sit on a chair. Dharmendra dressed for the occasion in a brown shirt, black jacket, and jeans. Sunny chose a white blouse and denims. Bobby was seen wearing a white vest and trousers.

Hema Malini took to X (formerly Twitter) and posted several old pictures with Dharmendra. She wrote, “A day to celebrate! Happiest Birthday to the man of my dreams. I hold your heart as you hold mine ever since we first met many years ago. Sunny previously took to Instagram and released a video collage of some of their best moments together, highlighting their strong friendship. The movie included a sequence of vintage photographs showing the two hugging, spending quality time together in the mountains, and enjoying one other’s company. Bobby Deol also shared a bunch of photos on Instagram.
