The Viva La Noche ladies’ night menu will feature a choice between one starter and one main course or one main course and one dessert. Starters will comprise of delectable options such as Chicken Al Pibil, Black Bean Tostada, House Guac, and the irresistible Avocado Ceviche. Mains will include the sizzling Seabass Encocado, Chicken Quesadilla, Roasted Cauliflower, and the nostalgic Grandma’s Enchiladas. For those with a sweet tooth, a selection of delectable desserts will await, including the indulgent tres leches featuring vanilla sponge with caramelised popcorn and corn ice cream. 

Beyond the authentic South American cuisine, the package will include three beverages from an assortment of house spirits, wines, beers, and En Fuego’s special cocktails inspired by the bold spirit of South America.
