HIGHLY MOTIVATIONAL ANTI ADDICTION CAMPAIGN NO.432 BY BOBBY CHAKRABORTY AT MP BIRLA FOUNDATION HS SCHOOL

November 5th, saw the packed auditorium of MP Birla Foundation HS School, being a witness to yet another highly motivational anti addiction campaign(AAC) by popular actor/activist/teacher of method acting Bobby Chakraborty. AAC no.432 and Bobby’s 4th session in this school, overseen by the teacher-in-charge Ananya Sengupta,under the guidance of the Principal,Purnima Chatterji, garnered a massive feedback from the students as well as their parents.
The powerfully interactive session saw Bobby, opening the eyes of his ‘soldiers’ from the 8th-10th grade, making them equipped with easy yet effective tricks to fight against all sorts of substance addiction, mobile phone addiction and abuse, along with all kinds of harmful social trends like use of abusive language,obscenity online to garner ‘views’ and ‘followers’, gambling through games etc.
The magic formula of HCF(health-career-family) and the mantra ‘I AM THE KING OF MY MIND’ inspired the students to build their lives on a positive ray of hope, away from the dark forces who are hellbent to destroy the youth, the pillars of our society.
The tremendous interactions, confessions, emotional and dramatic moments created within the session was captured by the official photographer Soldier Somdeb Das of Class 10,assisted by Soldier Sanket Saha of Class 8,who was also selected as ‘The Trendsetter’.
The all important title of ‘The 1st Soldier’ went to Soldier Naman Agarwal , who was also one of the winners, along with Soldiers Ayushi Mondal of Class 9 and Soldier Sasmit Choudhury of Class 8 in the concluding surprise contest. The winners, along with Somdeb were given special prizes, personalised HCF t-shirts and Community Service Certificates by their beloved ‘Bobby Dada’.
We highly appreciate the enterprising school management along with the socially responsible Principal Purnima Chatterji, who have been strongly supporting Bobby’s globally acclaimed, free of cost, preventive awareness program, since 2013.
