India Pharmacy organizes health screenings for 250 locals with expert medical support

Midnapore : Under the initiative of prominent social worker Santu Chakraborty, a free health check-up camp was successfully held at the Abosar Club premises in Nabinabag, at Midnapore. The event was organized by India Pharmacy to provide essential health services to the local community.

The camp saw the participation of well-known medical experts, including Dr. Anuran Das, a respected physician from R.G. Kar Hospital; Dr. Suman Singh, a leading dentist from Kolkata; and Dr. Shubham Chowdhury, an experienced pediatrician. Their expert guidance ensured quality health assessments for all attendees.
Also present were notable figures such as the eminent social worker and former WHO Executive Monitor Antu Modak, India Pharmacy proprietor Piyali Modak, and pharmacist Pradyut Das. Social workers Sushobhan Maity and Arindam Maity played key roles in supporting the smooth organization of the event.


During the camp, approximately 250 individuals received free health check-ups, including blood sugar tests and dental examinations. Special health screenings were also conducted for children. The residents of Nabinabag expressed their gratitude toward India Pharmacy and the organizing team for their generous initiative.
Community members hope that similar health programs will continue in the future to promote well-being and awareness in the area.
