India vs New Zealand Test series : know all the details

It is ready for the next major test after the Indian cricket team, captained by Rohit Sharma, defeated the Bangladeshi national team, captained by Nazmul Hossain Shanto, 2-0 in a two-test series in September. The New Zealand cricket team, captained by Tom Latham, will play India in a three-match series. The first test is scheduled to take place at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru from October 16–20.
The Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune will host the second Test from October 24 to 28. On the other hand, Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium will host the third and final Test from November 1–5. The start time for all three Test matches is 9.30 am IST.
During all three Test matches against New Zealand, Jasprit Bumrah will serve as Rohit Sharma’s deputy.Jasprit Bumrah had previously captained the Indian team in the fifth Test match against England, which was postponed, at Edgbaston in July 2022. In 2023, he captained India in the away Twenty20 International series against Ireland.After his outstanding performance against Bangladesh in the test series, Jasprit Bumrah has regained his top spot in the ICC bowlers’ rating. New Zealand, the 2021 champions, are in sixth place in the WTC rankings, while India is at the top.
