Indore Will Be India’s Next Major IT Hub
Indore will take the place of other cities like Bengaluru and Hyderabad as the nation’s next major IT hub. Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the chief minister of Madhya Pradesh, remarked.
Prior to the start of the seventh edition of the Global Investors Summit (GIS) in Indore on January 11, CM Chouhan made the comment in a one-on-one conversation with investors and businessmen.
The state of MP already boasts four IT parks and IT Special Economic Zones (SEZs), and major IT companies like TCS and Infosys are moving there. They are creating the Indore-Pithampur economic corridor, where Plug-Play infrastructure will be built on 500 acres of commercial land that is available on both sides. The next stop for the IT industry will be Madhya Pradesh since it offers everything an IT company is looking for: cleanliness, greenery, safety, tranquility, and ease of living.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi essentially opened the seventh iteration of the “Invest Madhya Pradesh-Global Investors Summit” on January 11. “Madhya Pradesh-The Future Ready State” is the topic of the two-day summit.
More than 5,000 businessmen and leaders of several international industry organizations, as well as 447 international delegates from 84 different countries, 401 foreign purchasers, and representatives from every G20 country will attend the event.
The event’s main goals are: exhibiting the state’s industrial ecosystem; promoting state policies; consulting with industrial organizations to develop industry-friendly regulations; creating chances for collaboration; and encouraging export potential, buyer-seller meetings, and vendor development.
