“JIS Maha SAMMAN” 2024 was presented to two distinguished personalities- one scientist and one doctor for their pioneering contribution in their professional area.
JIS Maha Samman 2024 was conferred to Dr. Suman Chakraborty, Professor& Dean at IIT Kharagpur, and Dr. Partha Sarathi Bhattacharya, an eminent Pulmonologist.
Dr. Suman Chakraborty, Professor & Dean at IIT Kharagpur, known for his substantial contributions to mechanical engineering and a source of sheer motivation to numerous engineering aspirants; along with Dr. Partha Sarathi Bhattacharya, an eminent Pulmonologist, recognised for his compassionate and proficient approach to simplifying what is often a very complicated and confusing area of health care , specially in treatment of COPD patients .
“JIS Samman” is a series awards launched by JIS group to honour excellence in academic, business , cultural, sports area.
” JIS Samman ” was presented on 1st February in Kolkata on 104th Birth Anniversary of late Sardar Jodh Singh founder of JIS group.
