NEW DELHI, 18 DECEMBER – Pragya Mail, a Delhi-based Hindi weekly newspaper, instituted the Arjun Chandra Barman Memorial Award 2023 for Life-Time Achievement in the Field of Literary Works was conferred to Sri Ashutosh Das, a renowned poet from the Hailakhandi district of Barak Valley in Assam. The award was conferred in absentia. International journalist Ratnajyoti Dutta received the prestigious award on behalf of Sri Ashutosh Das at a function at the Gandhi Peace Foundation, New Delhi, on December 17,2023.
