Meenakshi Lekhi Responds To The Letter From Con Artist Sukesh Chandrashekhar

After con artist Sukesh Chandrashekhar claimed that he was forced to bring more than 20 people to contribute 500 crores to his party, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on November 6 stepped up its criticism of Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and demanded that Satyendar Jain, who is currently being held in Tihar Prison, be transferred to another prison.
Satyendar Jain ought to be moved to a different jail by the Delhi government and the lieutenant governor of Delhi. How, while incarcerated, can he continue to serve as the prison minister? Meenakshi Lekhi, a BJP leader and Union minister, said during a press conference in New Delhi that the man is powerful and demands money from within the jail.
Lekhi also demanded an explanation from the Kejriwal administration about the AAP’s 50 crores take from maha thug Sukesh Chandrashekhar.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had claimed earlier this month that Jain was receiving special care while being held at the Tihar prison. Jain allegedly had massages and met with the other defendant in the case on a daily basis, according to the investigation agency.
Chandrashekhar asserted that he donated more than $50 million to the AAP after it promised to nominate him for the Rajya Sabha in a new letter to the media. His charges have been dropped by the AAP.
Shehzad Poonawala, a party spokesman, questioned Kejriwal about whether or not he had spoken with the con artist at the farmhouse of his minister Kailash Gahlot, and what the two had discussed.
Additionally, Poonawala urged Kejriwal to remove Gahlot and Jain from his Cabinet. Gahlot is presently detained in connection with a money laundering investigation.
Chandrashekhar said in a letter to the lieutenant governor VK Saxena that Jain demanded 10 crores in 2019 for his safety in custody.
Chandrashekhar allegedly informed Saxena of yet another complaint detailing the alleged corruption against Kejriwal, Gahlot, and Jain on November 3.
Atishi, a prominent AAP politician, retaliated against the BJP. She claimed that the BJP went to the greatest conman in the nation for assistance against the AAP following the failures of the Enforcement Directorate, CBI, Income-Tax, L-G, and Delhi Police.
