The Session was addressed by Shri Abhishek Rungta, Founder and CEO, Indus Net Technologies and Shri Srish Agrawal, Founder & CEO, A1 Future Technologies.
Shri Abhishek Rungta, Founder and CEO, Indus Net Technologies in his address said the difference between the Industrial Age and the AI Age is that the Industrial Age was characterized by the widespread use of machines powered by steam and electricity to automate manual labor, while the AI Age focuses on utilizing artificial intelligence to automate complex cognitive tasks, decision-making, and analysis, often with a much faster pace of technological advancement and a broader impact across industries and society at large; essentially, the Industrial Age replaced human muscle with machines, while the AI Age is replacing human thinking with computer algorithms.
Shri Rugnta further highlighted that AI has limitation in solving problem in context, creativity and limitation.
He informed that AI can open various sources of income. AI always has positive approach towards workforce.
Shri Srish Agrawal, Founder & CEO, A1 Future Technologies in his address said that I introduces major changes in skill land scape. To grow with AI, the people should have ability of critical thinking. If the business or the workforce evolve with new technology, there is no opportunity of losing job.
Shri Agarwal explained some real time experiences with audience. He pointed out some AI application namely, Gama.App, Napkin.AI, Chat GPT, Custom GPT.However, he suggested that while using these apps, we should understand that each & every AI tool has different skill set.
Shri Manish Agarwal, Chairman, Council on Human Resource & Skill Development, MCCI in his Welcome Address said that in the recent years, all the nations have placed the highest priority on use of AI in all the sectors, industry, service and trade. The global AI market in 2021 was nearly US$ 59.67 billion and it is projected to grow at a CAGR of 39.4% to reach US$ 422.37 billion by 2028.
Shri Agarwal informed that India is the fastest-growing economy with the second largest population in the world and has a significant stake in the AI revolution. The AI market in India is projected to grow at a CAGR of 20.2% to reach US$ 7.8 billion by 2025 from US$ 3.1 billion in 2020, as per Govt. of India sources.The Session was concluded with hearty Vote of Thanks, proposed by Shri Prahant Pachisia, Co-Chairman, Council on Human Resource & Skill Development.
