India opener Smriti Mandhana has been recognized for her recent century against England by achieving a new career-high rating in the latest ICC Women’s T20I Batter Rankings.

Mandhana, the top-ranked ODI batter, dismantled England with an impressive score of 112 in Nottingham recently, allowing the left-hander to rise one spot and reach third in the most recent T20I batter rankings. It also shows Mandhana attaining a new personal best rating of 771 points, coming within 23 points of top-ranked player Beth Mooney on the T20I batters chart.

Indian opener Shafali Verma climbs one position to 13th on the same rankings list after scoring 20 in the match against England, while her teammate Harleen Deol returns to the batter rankings at equal 86th following a swift 43. England’s pacer Lauren Bell took three wickets in the Nottingham match, propelling the tall right-armer up two spots to a career-high fourth on the latest T20I bowlers rankings.

Pakistan spinner Sadia Iqbal stays leading the T20I bowlers list, but the competition is fierce with only 44 rating points between the top 10 players. The last match of the T20I series featuring West Indies and South Africa also allows several players to gain ground in the latest rankings, with Proteas rising star Miane Smit moving up from far outside the top 100 to 76th place among T20I batters after her half-century in that encounter.
