‘Prakash Raj Replies To Akshay Kumar, “Richa Chadha Is More Important To Our Nation Than You, Sir”

Actress Richa Chadha of Bollywood has received support from actor Prakash Raj after receiving criticism for her tweet that read, “Galwan says Hi.” A few days after Akshay Kumar commented on Richa’s tweet, Prakash Raj made his own statement. A number of people in the film business piled on Richa when Akshay yelled at her.

Earlier, Richa’s post had also drawn criticism from Kay Kay Menon, Anupam Kher, Luv Sinha, and Nikhil Siddhartha. Paresh Rawal tried to indirectly address the situation on 25 November when he tweeted in favor of the military.

Richa Chadha responded to Northern Army Commander Lieutenant General Upendra Dwivedi’s statement that the army was always prepared to retake territory in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Twenty Indian soldiers were killed during the Indian and Chinese forces’ battle in Galwan.

Richa deleted her tweet and apologized after seeing the responses to it.
